Fitness = Health. When we say get fit, we mean get healthy, and you’ll get fit all at the same time. No more sickness!

You do not need to have fitness experience! We made this for beginners!

Coaches


We have personally seen how HIIT (high intensity interval training) has dramatically changed the lives of those who commit to the process. We created this challenge for those that might not have any fitness experience or may not feel intimidated by our classes, but would definitely benefit from this type of training. Max Mayes

Max Mayes is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and the owner of HydraFit.

I came up with the idea for Operation: Get Fit as I looked at how much fitness has done for me. It truly has become my lifestyle and something I want to share and inspire in everyone. Operation: Get Fit is meant as a jump start into this fitness lifestyle. I have personally seen the benefits that permeate from the gym into everyday life and I want to share that with everyone, especially those who aren’t in a relationship with fitness.

Nikki Graham

Nikki Graham is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, a Physical Therapist Asst., and the Head Coach at HydraFit.

My desire with Operation: Get Fit is to make our gym all-inclusive. There are many paths to getting fit and creating a lifestyle change. But it is isn’t easy. I am passionate about holding your hand through the process. Teaching you the fundamentals of fitness and nutrition, answering your questions, helping with stumbling blocks and celebrating your victories! You ready? Let’s get started on your better future.

How to Get Started


We don’t require a credit card number or any form of payment until after we meet and we decide whether or not you want to join Operation: Get Fit. All you have to do is fill out an application and then we will schedule an interview with you. If you are unsure about the application process, go ahead and schedule an interview here and we can walk you through the application process.

What you get

A 6-week jump into fitness, with a personalized nutritional program and a fitness program that introduces you to fundamental movements. You will drop fat, build muscle, or whatever you decide your goals are (which we will discuss in the interview process).

Price

Operation: Get Fit is $250 for 6-weeks. If you need to discuss a payment plan we can do that during the interview process as well. If you decide to join HydraFit after you’ll be offered a discounted rate for the membership.

Details

Start: April 1, 2017 | End: June 14, 2017

Fill out an application to get started and we will contact you shortly after. After the application is reviewed we will set up an interview¬†to make sure you’re a good fit for the program, and you can decide if we’re a good fit for you.
